Jose Maria is a technology consultant with extensive experience, specializing in Digital Government solutions and interoperability within the public administration sector.

He is currently part of the Spanish team working on the OOTS project, where he provides advisory and support services in both functional and technological areas to the OOTS coordination team in Spain.
